Christmas Assistance for Families

The Salvation Army is accepting applications for Christmas Assistance October 17-21, 2011. You must call in advance and make an appointment for your family interview:
970-207-4472.

For your interview you must bring with you:

  • Proof of Address in Fort Collins, LaPorte or Wellington (Public Service Bill or a Current Rent Receipt),
  • Proof of Family Income
  • Original Social Security Cards or Birth Certificates (for every member of the family)
  • Most recent school record or report card or immunization records for all children (or any proof that children are actually living in Larimer County with their parents)
  • Picture ID for adults
  • WISH LIST (Please write down your kids’ clothes sizes or specific toys they want! Gifts value no more than $50 per child)

If you miss these dates we will refer you to United Way 211 to find out about other agencies in the area that you can call.
