Christmas Assistance for Families
The Salvation Army will accept applications for Christmas Assistance in the month of October. You must call in advance and make an appointment for your family interview:
970-207-4472. Check our website in September for more specific dates.
For your interview you must bring with you:
- Proof of Address in Fort Collins, LaPorte or Wellington (Public Service Bill or a Current Rent Receipt),
- Proof of Family Income
- Original Social Security Cards or Birth Certificates (for every member of the family)
- Most recent school record or report card or immunization records for all children (or any proof that children are actually living in Larimer County with their parents)
- Picture ID for adults
- WISH LIST (Please write down your kids’ clothes sizes or specific toys they want! Gifts value no more than $50 per child)
